Tony's Lowest Tyre Prices Guaranteed ("Offer")

The $10 Price Beat Guarantee applies to the first competitor’s genuine quote and only applies to a competitor’s cash price. The competitor’s genuine quote must be:

 

1. A written quote, screenshot, or active link clearly showing the competitor’s business name, tyre details, price, and date which Tony’s Tyre & Auto Care can verify.

2. The tyre must be in stock and be the same or similar quality new tyre in the same size as stocked by Tony's Tyre & Auto Care (stocked brands include Bridgestone, Firestone, Supercat and Dayton).

3. The quoted price must be inclusive of fitting, balancing, delivery, taxes, tyre disposal, freight, and any other applicable fees and charges.

4. The quote must be presented prior to the sale of goods.

5. The competitor tyre must be in stock in the required quantity and the fitment centre must be located within 40km of the customer’s nominated Tony's Tyre & Auto Care store.

6. The $10 Price Beat Guarantee applies to retail sales only and tyres must be fitted in store at the time of purchase.

7. EXCLUSIONS: Private quotes, cashback offers, parallel imports, and trade-in discounts are not eligible.

8. The $10 Price Beat Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other Tony's Tyre & Auto Care promotion or offer.

Tony’s $49 Warrant of Fitness (“WOF Offer”) Terms and Conditions

  1. The WOF Offer is available at participating Tony’s Tyre & Auto Care stores listed on the WOF Offer page.

  2. The WOF Offer includes a Warrant of Fitness inspection for $49 and a video safety check sent to the customer’s email address or mobile phone, provided valid contact details are supplied.

  3. Bookings are essential and appointments are subject to availability. Customers must submit a booking request and wait to be contacted by Tony’s to confirm their appointment.

  4. The advertised one-hour timeframe applies to the WOF inspection only and does not include any repairs, additional work or reinspection that may be required. The timeframe may be affected by late arrival or circumstances outside Tony’s reasonable control.

  5. Repairs, replacement parts and any other work are not included in the WOF Offer and may incur additional costs. Tony’s will not carry out any paid work unless agreed with the customer.

  6. The WOF Offer is available until withdrawn. Tony’s reserves the right to amend or withdraw the WOF Offer at any time.

Tony's Video Safety Check ("Offer") Terms and Conditions

  1. The Offer is available at participating Tony's Tyre & Auto Care stores listed below:

  2. The Offer includes a no extra cost visual inspection of:

  3. Following the inspection, customers will receive a video summary via email or mobile phone, provided valid contact details are supplied.

  4. The inspection is limited to a visual assessment only. No components will be dismantled, removed, disassembled, or diagnosed as part of the Offer.

  5. The inspection is intended to provide a general indication of the observed condition of the listed components at the time of inspection. It is not a substitute for a full mechanical inspection, WOF inspection, manufacturer's scheduled service, diagnostic assessment, or vehicle safety certification.

  6. TTAC accepts no liability for faults, defects, or conditions that are not reasonably identifiable through a visual inspection.

  7. Any recommendations or observations are advisory only. Additional inspections, testing, repairs, or replacement of parts may be recommended and is separate from the Offer and may incur additional costs. TTAC will not carry out any paid work unless agreed with the customer.

  8. Bookings are essential. Customers must submit an enquiry or quote request and wait to be contacted by TTAC to arrange an appointment.

  9. Appointments are subject to availability and operational requirements. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee an appointment.

  10. The Offer commences on 1 August 2026. TTAC reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, or withdraw the Offer at any time.

  11. The Offer is not redeemable for cash, refundable, transferable or exchangeable for any other service and by participating in the Offer, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  12. Personal information collected in connection with the Offer will be handled in accordance with Tony's Tyre & Auto Care's Privacy Policy.
